CALL FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Florida Community Health Worker (CHW) Coalition is currently recruiting new members to serve on its Board of Directors. Board service requires only a few hours per month, but the impact is meaningful and long-lasting. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated group of community health leaders working to advance the health of all Florida communities.
Board Member Openings:
The Florida CHW Coalition welcomes nominations from individuals across the community health landscape and is especially interested in candidates with experience or interest or interest in the following areas.
- Advocacy and policy
- Public Health and Systems navigation
- Social Determinants of Health
Eligibility & Term:
- Nominees must be current Florida CHW Coalition members in good standing
- Term of office is two (2) years

- Resume and brief biography
- Brief statement (500 words or less) describing your interest in serving on the Florida CHW Coalition Board and your vision for community health in Florida.
