Southwest and West Central Community Health Worker (CHW) Symposium
The Florida Community Health Worker Coalition in partnership with the Epilepsy Foundation and the Hardee Health Department invites you to our 3rd Annual West Central Regional CHW Symposium. The event offers a valuable opportunity for both community members to learn about local resources available in their rural communities, while stakeholders can gain a deeper understanding of Community Health Workers (CHWs, and their vital roles. Additionally, attendees can earn no-cost continuing education credits that can be used for Certification and Credential renewal purposes and stay informed about important workforce developments. The training is being held at the Hardee County Health Department located at 115 K. Revell Road Wauchula, Florida 33873.
