We can't wait to see you at the 025 Florida Community Health Worker Summit, on August 7–8, 2025 at the UF Health Research and Academic Center at Lake Nona. The theme for this year’s summit is “The Hearts of Public Health: Valuing CHWs in Challenging Time.

In its 15th year, the event brings together Community Health Workers (CHWs), allies, clinicians, and researchers from across Florida and other regions. This year's gathering will focus on the often-overlooked contributions of CHWs, reinforcing their essential role as frontline public health workers serving those most in need populations in Florida.

The event’s aim is to educate Community Health Workers (CHWs), disseminate information regarding CHW interventions, and promote the integration of CHWs into community and team-based care to address health disparities and other socio-economic factors. Our collective efforts can significantly contribute to addressing these challenges.
